WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Helps to lead the charge in transforming our guest rooms into inviting accommodations ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. 

  • Empowers hotel staff to deliver great guest service. 

  • Ensures cleanliness standards are met and exceeded for both guest rooms and public areas 

  • Assists in Planning work schedules and room assignments with minimum disruption to guests.

  • Emphasizes training and development to empower employees to provide excellent guest service. 

  • Communicates openly with staff to handle their concerns, provides them guidance.

SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  • Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred. 

  • Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work. 

  • Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.  

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 

 

  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time. 

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 

  • Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
